Dear AMCM’2008 Participants,

On behalf of the Organizing Committee I have a pleasure to inform you that the 6th International Conference ANALYTICAL MODELS AND NEW CONCEPTS IN CONCRETE AND MASONRY STRUCTURES, AMCM 2008 held on 9 – 11th June 2008 in Łódź - Poland was very successful and the biggest one of the previous AMCM conferences with over 160 participants from 26 countries all over the world. The program included 14 Plenary and Keynote presentations and 18 regular sessions with oral presentations of the submitted papers.

With this short note I wish to send you warm thanks for your participation to the AMCM2008 and to inform you that the Scientific Committee is selecting the outstanding papers for the Special Publication in the Archives of Civil Engineering, the American Concrete Institute and the new Polish journal Architecture - Civil Engineering - Environment ACEE.
